You’ve heard the word “euphoric” and you might be wondering, “What’s up with the spelling difference?” Eau is the french word for water, thus EAU-PHORIC suggests “water happiness”.
All massages are done fully clothed and dry. While the water jets do their magic, a sealed waterproof barrier covers your body during the entire treatment and will always keep you perfectly dry.
While walk-ins are welcome during staffed business hours, making a booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. Members and non-members can book through our website or by speaking with one of our staff. All massages require a booking in our system or the massage bed will not activate with your fob. You can make a booking well in advance to guarantee your spot, but you can also book at the front desk or via the website just minutes before you begin the massage (subject to availability).
Sorry, no. For insurance reasons and for your protection, only the membership account holder may use the fob associated with their account. Sharing your fob may result in your membership being terminated. We may implement a family sharing plan in the future, but it is not available at this time.
Absolutely! There are many different intensity levels that can be programmed into the machine. You can receive anything from a light, gentle massage up to a very intense pressure. The pressure can even be adjusted for different zones of your body. For example, strong pressure and pulsation on the lower back, with lighter pressure and slower pulsation on the legs and neck. If you wish to focus the massage on a certain spot, the massage action can be held in place any time you choose using a control in your hand. The options are numerous, and easy to control.
Enjoy the aqua massage fully clothed. Eauphoric recommends emptying pockets, removing belt buckles and anything else that might be uncomfortable to lay on. Shoes must be removed. We also suggest removing extra layers (e.g. thick sweaters and jackets) to get the maximum benefit. For health reasons, no person may use the aqua massage bed while unclothed.
Socks are mandatory at all times while using the foot and calf massagers. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk during staffed hours.
We require 12 hours cancellation notice. Please be in touch with our staff or make your cancellation online to cancel a booking.
Our services are NOT covered under massage through extended health coverage plans (Blue Cross, etc). There are no Registered Massage Therapists on staff, and we do not offer direct billing.
Standard massages last 20 minutes, and extended massages are 30 minutes. Your booking allows for a few minutes of relaxation and time to leave the room before the next client’s booking begins. Since the machine does the equivalent work of four sets of hands working at once, new members may wish to begin with a 20 minute aqua massage, working up to the extended 30 minute treatments over time if desired.
No problem. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can remove your old fob from your account. Then come see us at your earliest convenience for a replacement. Replacement fobs are $10.00.
Our aqua massage beds can accommodate persons with a girth of up to 60 – 62 inches, and a height of up to 7 feet. There is no weight limit.
If you are unsure, please feel free to stop by for a tour. If you would like to check if you can fit comfortably in the bed before making a booking, just let our staff know and they will be happy to assist you.

Yes! Aqua Massage itself is NOT covered through insurance, however, consultations and assessments with Registered Massage Therapists are. We have conveniently priced Enhanced Aqua Massage so the part that is claimable is clearly defined to make it easy for you to submit your claim.
No. When you have an Enhanced session, you will be sent home with information on how to recreate the aqua massage on your own. Therefore, you are able to do a few self directed sessions. You can return for a follow-up enhanced aqua massage when you feel you have more questions, new concerns, or the “treatment plan” needs adjusting.
The combination style treatment plans are optional and a great way to save you money and extend your yearly insurance coverage.
All guests are required to complete a waiver form before receiving massage. If any of the exclusions listed on the waiver apply to you, or you are at all uncertain whether you can safely receive massage, we require a doctor’s note before we will proceed with a booking.
Eauphoric staff are not therapists or medical practitioners, and cannot recommend or prescribe treatments. All massage treatments are done at the direction and sole risk of our guests. If at any point you are unsure whether you can have an aqua massage, cease massage and ask your doctor.
There are many different pressure settings on the aqua massage machine so it can be set at a very light pressure level if need be.
All members must be at least of 16 years of age to have a fob issued for 24/7 access.
All minors (under the age of 18) must have a parent or guardian co-sign the membership documents “Terms and Conditions”, and “Acknowledgment and Waiver”.
Minors aged under 16 must comply with the following restrictions:
(1) Access allowed only during staffed business hours and with a parent or guardian present; (2) No access fob will be issued; and (3) The member intake forms must be completed by a parent or guardian and the child.
Please consult your doctor or midwife and get written approval before using aqua massage. In addition, we don’t recommend lying face down in the aqua massage bed once your belly protrudes beyond the support of the hip bones. In general, this means after the first trimester. Members who become unable to proceed with aqua massage for health reasons of any kind may put a hold on their membership, cancel it, or continue accumulating credits for use when they are able begin massage again.
No. You lay face down on a cushion with your head out of the booth. You can slide forward or backwards during your massage to fine tune exactly how far up your neck the massage will go.
Most clients that are claustrophobic can easily do aqua massage because the head and face are exposed the whole time.
Getting out of the bed at any point is easy. There are two buttons within easy reach to stop the massage and open the bed at any time. If you need to (in case of power outage), you can push the cover upwards using 15-20 lbs of pressure and it will open at any point.
The safety of our guests is our top priority. As such, Eauphoric has numerous safeguards in place.
The facility is access controlled, so only active members can use their fob for access at the main doors.
In addition, there are panic buttons located in common areas and within each treatment room. Separate buttons are available to dispatch police and ambulance directly. Treatment room panic buttons are within reach while guests are in the massage bed.
Video surveillance is used throughout common areas.
Cell service is good, and free WiFi is available to all guests.
Treatment room doors will only open for members with current bookings for that particular room. This means no-one except Eauphoric staff is able to access the treatment rooms during your booking. In case of power or fob scanner failure, you can easily open the door manually from the inside, but the door will remain locked from the outside.
Please speak with our staff about any specific concerns or questions.
No. Regular memberships are month-to-month, requiring only a 30 day notice of cancellation. Each contract is also subject to an initial 10 day cooling-off period, during which you may change your mind and cancel your membership immediately with a full refund, less any aqua massages received or damages/fines incurred. Some promotional memberships do carry a minimum term.
The specific aqua massage technology used at Eauphoric has been the subject of several studies. You can view or download the available research below:
Enhanced Aqua Massage takes the self directed aqua massage to the next level with an in-depth consultation and assessment with our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). After you’ve filled out the health intake form, the RMT will look at your health conditions/concerns and/or injuries/surgeries to customize an aqua massage to your specific needs.
The RMT will then direct the Aqua Massage portion of the session.
Afterwards you discuss a tentative plan for your future sessions. (A combination of Enhanced sessions and Self Directed sessions).
You are then sent home with information of how to recreate what you’ve done together on your own!
Enhanced Aqua Massage is for anyone who wants additional help, tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the Aqua Massage machines.
